Number Wheel
This is the current appearance of the NumberWheel section in the Chart Designer:
Ignore the ShowSignGlyphs property as it will do nothing here. It was inherited from the HouseWheel (TNumberWheel = class(THouseWheel)). It saved a lot of time when it came to drawing the house lines between the HouseWheel and NumberWheel so I decided to make NumberWheel a child class of HouseWheel but a consequence of this is that it also has the ShowSignGlyphs property which is not made use of here.
