Retained charts directory
This is where the charts.ret file will be saved and where it can be read from. In windows Vista, it is very important to specify a Vista non-secure zone to save this file. If you try to save this file to the Program Files folder then you will get an error. Installation sets this up correctly by default, but if you are an advanced user, you can move this directory elsewhere and then use this field to specify where you put it.
Pressing the manila folder button on the right side of this field will bring up a browse editor where you can browse to the directory where you placed this and it will save you typing and possible mistakes in spelling.
